Return and Refund Policy

I want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with a physical product, I offer the option to return it under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• Return Period: Returns are accepted only within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Item Condition: Products must be returned in unused, undamaged, and clean condition. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components are excluded from returns.

• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that the return is sufficiently prepaid.

Return Process

1. Contact me: Send an email to illustration.luisebornkessel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Prepare the Return: Once your return request is confirmed, securely pack the item and send it to the return address I provide.

3. Processing Time: After I receive the returned item, it will be inspected. Please allow 7 business days for processing.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Once the return is approved, it may take approximately 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Important Notes

• Custom orders, discounted items, or digital services (e.g., illustration commissions) are excluded from returns and refunds.

• Returns sent after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
